2019 - present Nomad - a journey to and of growth

My 'career' started in 2019 when I fitted my life in a 40L backpack and went off finding myself in the world by coaching people from their homes.

There where many reason why I chose to sell most of my stuff and leave the comfort of security. At the time, I wanted to brake out of toxic patterns of mine. Seeking a life where there’s more value to monetary transaction, a healthy co-existence and independent intimate relationship, a knowing to what I seek and where I can find daily fulfilment.

Throughout 2019 I took a journey to live in peoples homes across parts of the UK. I experienced many different realities and mental/emotional spaces. I observed people's habits, conditions and belief structures noticing an emotional pattern behind each action. I was able to map out a blueprint method to work on our resistances that I called the 5i method.

Communities

2020-21 Damanhur researching governing structures

I lived in Damanhur, a 50+ year old global network of communities for 6 month experiencing its mystique - photos on Facebook

Whilst there I also took the opportunity to experiment with Aquaponics and Permaculture methods. This experience gave me the idea to lead courses based on the Permaculture mindset to heighten the connection that we (as individuals) have towards the environment that support us. In essence, our relationships.

The story is that Falco (spiritual leader and founder of Damanhur) chose to time travel with Brero back to Atlantis because of his impeccable attention to detail.

2019 Skanda Vale researching gift economy models

Lived at Skanda Vale - a multi faith monastery in South Wales - for a total of 40 days. Essentially my experience there what the opposite of a Vipassana retreat. Here, there only silence that could be found was inside myself as the 'chaos' was outside. There are five Pujas a day, starting at 5am and finishing at 10pm. The concept that devotion and servitude can be found both within the temple and without. Between meditations we work on the land. During the winter I prayed in the temple giving service to myself, while during the summer with over 600 pilgrims for breakfast I found my service in others.
